At Velouris, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to make the return or refund process simple and hassle-free.


1. Returns

  • We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@velouris.in with your order number and details of the issue.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all included accessories.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Velouris error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).


3. Exclusions

  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.

  • Personalized or customized products (if any) are non-returnable.


4. Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
